Our Story
We didn’t start with investors, a fancy office, or a committee of advisors.
We started with one student. One table. One strong need to fix what design education had lost.
In 2021, while the world slowed down, we were asking harder questions?
Why are design schools overcrowded with theory and empty on practice?
Why do portfolios look good but mean nothing?
Why does no one teach design like it’s serious work?
So we began. Quietly. Patiently. With real people, real conversations, and real work.
Niwwrd grew from a side project into a growing school, a physical space, and a community of students, mentors, and designers who still believe in focus.
We’ve taught from living rooms and cafés. We’ve reviewed sketches over 4G networks and stood by students when the system didn’t.
And we’re just getting started.
