For physical products purchased through NIWWRD Academy:

Shipping timelines: Orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping varies.
No exchanges or returns: All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, replacements, or returns.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email niwwrd@.com within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video). Verified cases will be reviewed, and NIWWRD Academy reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution.
